Destiny’s Law Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded by Destiny Payton. Born from her personal experiences and advocacy for survivors of domestic violence, the foundation is committed to protecting, empowering, and restoring the lives of women, children, and men affected by abuse — while advocating for systemic accountability in the legal and protective services that often fail them.

OUR MISSION
To protect, empower, and restore women, children and men who have experienced abuse by providing trauma-informed support, legal advocacy, and life-saving resources while challenging systems that fail them.
WHAT WE DO
We provide life-saving resources, trauma-informed care, legal advocacy, and safety solutions for individuals impacted by domestic violence and systemic neglect. Our work is rooted in compassion, empowerment, and policy reform, bridging the gap between survival and long-term healing.
